6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Returns Policy (if applicable).
Due to the nature of second-hand goods, refunds may be limited or discretionary.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
