Returns and Refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund.
Return Condition
To qualify for a return, items must be returned in the same condition we sent them to you. We will not accept returns if:
• The item has been worn, used, or damaged
• The item is not in its original condition
• Tags or packaging have been removed or damaged
How To Return
If you wish to return an item:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
2. We'll provide you with our return address
3. You arrange and pay for return shipping yourself
4. Send the item back to us in its original condition
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your full refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but you will receive a full refund for the item once it's delivered back to us.
